Re: Credit Card Processing Fee's
Thanks guys. I've thought many a time about running a poll on this, but sadly the forum is quieter than it used to be. We've had discussions with our credit card processing integrators about this. They want a mechanism in Manager to handle "cash discount" programs to pass these fees on - but my opi...

Re: 2017 Duramax DTC- P1029 Fuel Pump Phase U-V-W Circuits Open
I have yet to have stabilant fix any issues. The first time I used it was on a 2005 S430 benz. The right front air strut would set a code for bad circuit in the damper valve. after checking and checking I could not find any issue. I was told to try that stuff out on the connector for the strut at t...

Re: 2017 Duramax DTC- P1029 Fuel Pump Phase U-V-W Circuits Open
GM has always had issues with fretting. Some stabilant on the terminals. I found a product called deoxit that is a very good contact cleaner/enhancer. I have used it in both of my work enviroments with great success. Also have a couple friends into audio/video setups and they say it works great for...

Re: New payment type for electronic payments
Click the configure tab on the top where file, edit, view, ect is at. Then click shop data setup. Then Standard tables. Then Income/payment types. Then you have a radio button that says payment type. When you select it you can click add at the bottom of that window and add any payment type you want ...

Re: Estimator down? 2/16/2022
I was on hold with content support, and he informed me that even he could not access any estimator info at that time but that they were working on it. Checked it little bit later and it was functioning as designed. I figured it was a server issue keeping the outside form getting in, but it seems to ...

Estimator down? 2/16/2022
Cannot get any estimator data to load. Tried program and prodemand both. They both say: There was an error loading this content. Please try again later. On hold now and it is saying that there is high call volume, so I am guessing that is not an isolated issue for my system. Anyone else having troub...

Re: Customer Credit from Overpayment
You should be able to open an invoice for the customer and create an invoice with a zero amount then post it with a negative payment (the system will take a negative payment BTW) then post the invoice. The credit will be gone and the refund will show up in the reports. I am sure there is prob a bett...

Re: Automatically Adjusting Labor Rate for All of a Certain Make
I can envision a feature where you select a labor rate then have a drop down menu that you select makes to be under that rate then do the same for other rates with a default being set for any that do not manually set to a rate. This sounds like a nice little 15 min project for some of yall..... :mrg...

When i open the repair info from the manager screen it opens prodemand but also opens two other tabs. One just says eng on the tab, the other one says "marguis%26submodle.........."

Re: Back up issue?
So I guess maybe a really stupid question...... Does this have anything to do with our data back ups? That is what I was concerned with. I know my luck, if your back ups are broken we will surely have a HD problem soon. No, this is a good question, Rich. That part that says Sync Up IS indeed your b...

Re: Support Kudos Mitchell 1
Time to renew this one. Had the pleasure of dealing with M1 support getting remote reports working, have to say it was very smooth and easy. Then i go home and my wife tells me that her new phone (Galaxy S21) that just activated on the t mobile network does not have coverage at her place of work. I ...

Re: Estimator Intent Changes
One thing i have noticed that does not make sense to me is that the starter and battery are now under engine mechanical and not under electrical like before. Took me a minute to find the starter the other day. Now that i know, i can find it with no problem but wonder what else has moved like that.
