High 90's??? Our snow plows rust up down here when it gets that hot, I think. Ain't seen a snow plow since I went to Colorado.

No help from me on this one. I have "double" gasketed a filter twice, drug a mop bucket 1/4 mile. Why it took twice I'll never know.

Double flare and be done, or custom bend. There are too many lawyers around. Temporary fix on the side of the road is a substitute for a wrecker and fixed safely. We flare the ends of tranny cooler lines when a customer wants an aftermarket cooler installed.

VSS will cause it to stay in first. If it drops out after shifting normally.

The fords usually have studs instead of bolts. I'm just an old counter guy but I don't think that will work.

I figure if they last a year, that is a decent deal for the customer. My wifes Dodge Avenger had lights that were almost white from being so fogged, I did them about a year and a half ago and they are still looking fairly decent, not like when I fist did them, but WAY better then before I did them....

In Texas, you cant report it stolen if you are not the owner. You can file a report, if it was in your care and custody at the time it went "missing". Line pressure check should steer you in the right direction. (overhaul)
It looks like 57 psi is minimal, should hit 60 as soon as you put it in forward.

I can offer what we do on carry out transmissions. I obtain the "donor" information at time of drop off with customer info. I imagine you will have to enter it in yours like I do but we are not a big truck shop.

Well I can say we had an issue with external connector on one of these. But jumping to conclusions will not support customer confidence. Check for codes and post them, if any, and I will respond.
