+1 on this. Signatures should not be required for these transactions.

Re: Which R.O. Is Each P.O. For?
I think the RO number should be visible on the PO if ordered electronically. If it is automatically transmitted to the vendor, why not just make a spot for it to be visible to the user when reviewing open POs after ordering?

Re: First Mile Bug
If Mitchell would allow some processor competition and share the gateway,
This would be a great feature!

Re: Repairlink Not Working Properly
If you go directly to repairlinkshop.com in a browser, the pictures show up. I usually save to a cart to get the part numbers, then enter into Manager to save to the RO for ordering, once the job is sold.

Re: Appointment..waiting on parts
I have often thought that a checkbox within the appointment might be nice. "No Reminder" or something like that, when checked it won't send an appointment reminder for just that one appointment.

Re: Appointment..waiting on parts
We have a customer named Test Customer. We have many appointments with that name to act as reminders. Set an appointment for Test Customer on Friday to remind us to check on Mr Smith's part. It seems to work well for us. I haven't tried special orders yet, but I hear they are good also.

Re: Updated Printed Receipt - Comments?
This is a huge improvement. A couple of things that I see. 1) Is the date of each transaction the invoice date? It looks like this is showing previous payments, but in real life we would know. :) 2) We generally would not have so many partial payments especially with different payment types, so that...

Re: Paid on Account
I just had a customer come in to pay for 3 separate invoices for different vehicles in for service this week. 2 of them were the exact same amount. The system didn't like it and flagged it as a duplicate transaction. She had another card, so we handled it that way, but with the batch payment option,...

Re: Option For 'Drop Off' To Follow Start Time?
I agree with Hardwood. The drop off time having a hard default of 8 am caused much confusion and a lot of added time scheduling an appointment. the CRM reminders should be tied to appointment time, since that is when the appointment is. Please change this back.

Re: Option For 'Drop Off' To Follow Start Time?
I think the Drop Off Time is a good field, but i wish it would auto populate with the appointment time when appointment state "Waiting" is selected. We miss it a lot when we are making appointments on the fly. For us, if a customer is dropping off, the time is not absolutely important, but for waiti...

Re: Scheduler Changes Tech Assignment
I also agree. For various reasons we will moves jobs around the schedule. For example when a job is done we move it to the "unassigned" tech. We then have to go back into the job to change the tech assignment back to the proper ones. I would like it to not change tech assignments when moving on the ...
