Re: Oil Change Stickers
I had resigned myself to putting them on the door jambs. Took a while but I was able to get the customers to look there instead of calling and asking when the next service was due.

I would put a light coating of grease on the edge of the shoe that faces the drum. Reinstall and remove to see if it leaves as mark on the drum. In my mind if it turns freely before installeing the whell then it would be the drum binding the edge of the shoe. Just my 2 cents.

Blocking the hose isolates it to that area. Clamping the caliper would indicate a loose bearing issue or any problem in the mountings. Hydraulic fault or mechanical fault. Think past the hydraulic side.

Re: 2008 Dodge RAM: Bleeding Brakes - What Am I Missing?
Tim I believe thiswas mentioned before but I didnt see you note it. I would remove the calipers and using a c-clamp lock the pistons and see what the pedal drop is. that would isolate the caliper from the bearings.

I store that info in the memo field for the vehicle. You could just as well save it in Rev 9. One click away.

Re: Counter Sale No Vehicle
I believe you can do that with counter sale. If the customer has vehicles in the data base just click on new vehicle and tab to the invoice. If its someone new again just hit the new vehicle button and then click to the invoice. Maybe some one else will come up with something. HTH

The drop off feature for me is used so I dont loose track of what is coming in for a day, regardless of what may be in the shop, as well as making su...

CRM new dashboard
Not real keen on the new dashboard. On the lead generation view it shows April. When I click to change it takes me to the Mitchell sales page. It shows I had 3 missed calls for the month of April. Click on that to see what I missed and again it goes to the sales page. Otherwise it all works well. Ju...
