We're working through the update to address these issues now. We're being extra diligent in testing and ensuring everything is functioning. Just to be clear, I am using version 8.5.0.90

My experience with the new version has been fairly positive. What has worked for me is this.

Rearrange the columns as desired. Once finished, close the program, then reopen it. I have done this on all four of our workstations and it has worked and has kept the configuration.

Do you have multiple workstations? If so, are they running the same user? (this can be checked by the user at the bottom right of the Management Software) If the users are the same or multiple stations have the same user, close ALL machines running SE, open one station, make the changes for the col...

I just updated to 8.5.02 yesterday and even though the font is somewhat "smaller, ie. different", the entire program is noticeably faster and smoother.

How do the rest of the users on the forum deal with gasoline or diesel fuel charges? In Arkansas, they are not taxable because it is taxed on the front end. I know how to make the part line non-taxable, but it doesn't show it up as non-taxable in any of the reports, so it is hard for our accountant ...

ShopKey already has a report for non-taxable orders and taxable orders. I am actually looking for a report that lists non-taxable items, even if they are on an invoice that is otherwise taxable. Does Report Pro include such a report?

If you know the tag or even a partial VIN, I would use F3 and go from there.

error-message.jpg This is what I get when I try to update. Larry, that's definitely a tad strange. Notice any antivirus messages or SmartScreen filtering? It looks as though the file is being moved/deleted possibly. Nothing like that that I can see. I even ran the file as administrator, with no luck.
