A lot of times when you are ordering parts you need the correct GVWR I always manually put the correct one in for that reason

lets say I have an appointment scheduled on the 15th, the customer comes in and I turn it over to a repair order. this customer needs parts I have to order so I rescheduled it for the 22. now I tried to move the repair order on the scheduler to the 22nd (it moved) but on the WIP screen it still show...

After I attended the class in Atlantic City I tried to get my husband to use your Wrench section. He uses iATN now. He said it was to complicated and gave up and will not try again! I am very busy and I would like to spend more time in here. However I find it very difficult to get around in this program. Than I just give up. So anything you can do to make it faster, easier to get around would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to say yes, hoever I would be lieing. I do supply them and my techs do wear them when they feel the need. However I do have techs that are very careful about safety.

Thank you again for your quick response. I tested this and it seems to fix the problem. I will make a cheat sheet for all personnel who may have to delete vehicles to insure it is done correctly! :) I just have no idea how many may have been done wrong and it we will have more issues.
