Replaced Leaking VVT units and cam seals. Bought tool off Ebay, works like a charm

Cam gears move back and forth approx 3/4- 1" suppose thats not good

Any tips on doing cam seals 2.5t with vvt.

Towed the car to the local not so friendly Toyota dealer after checking ftps and tps. they claimed to have changed the pcm. All the customer knew was that it was free.

We've got an 05 corolla 1.8 chech engine light on w codes po121 po122 po452. Someone tried to install a remote start,now car runs bur ce light is on and car won't accelerate. Checked all fuses I could find, any ideas?

It's been our experience when egr cooler goes coolant goes out exhaust. I agree with doing oil cooler also, might look into doing egr cooler delete .
We think the easiest way to do the job is lift the cab. It is nowhere as complicated as it sounds.

Replaced Faulty gpcm, also found bad ground for gpcm

We've got a 2004 f-350 6.0 no start cold, found no power to glow plugs. All plugs test fine, tried a spare gpcm, didnt work. Checked power to gpcm all ok. Ohmed out two wires from module to pcm ok also. Just doesn't make sense.

Door switch rf door stuck

We've got a 03 F-350SD that the interior lights stay on sometimes. If you turn the key off the light comes on and stays on after you close the door.Sometimes when driving the door ajar light and dome light come on. Sometimes it acts normal. Any suggestions.

Faulty instrument cluster

Had Oil cooler pressure tested and bingo it was ruptured. What a job to clean oil out of coolant passages though

We have an 06 f550 6.0 with lots of oil in the coolant. 3000 miles ago an egr delete and programmer were installed. How can you tell if its the oil cooler or head gaskets. The oil is so thick it will not circulate if engine is running. Thanks

customer claims truck dies, of course it started right up. But the instrument cluster is not working, check communication to find none. What is the possibility of faulty ic causing dying problem?

Found to much fuel returning to tank, did cylinder balance test found 4 injectors not contributing. Cust took truck claiming no money for inj.

Replaced cp3 pump along with regulator still unable to build enough pressure. according to our modis pressure is 6940kpa = 1046psi. Cust got pump from gm, cranking speed is 150 .

Central Junction Box was the culprit.
