Re: Disable check profit/F12
First question. What type of employees are checking it? Second question. If they are your service managers/writers why wouldn't you want them checking it? Third question. If it's your S.A. are they correcting their profit margins to make the proper needed profit on each ticket if they see that it's ...

Tina, It is like a reloadable gift card. All you simply do is swipe the card and input the dollars spent. When you set the program up you give them your specifics as to what you want each point to be worth. Mine just happens to be 300 points gets you $15.00. I chose the 300 points because my avg RO ...

Re: Loyalty Program
Hello we are currently using a loyalty program and have been for the probably the last 6-7 years. Their name is Valutec and it is very easy and simple. It's an actual credit card sized card with our name, phone number, website on it. Processes just like a credit card thru our terminal. The cost for ...

Contact support they can walk you through it or log in and set it for you to do a one time entry of all open P.O.'s. Went through the same thing at our shop. Got away from doing P.O. entry daily and then when I decided I wanted to clean them up there was over a thousand of them. I just happened to c...

If it fell into that 6 week window at my shop we would be on the phone to our Jasper rep after finding out Jasper wouldn't stand behind it. That's of course going on the premination that Jasper would tell you go pound salt. If you are a frequent purchaser of Jasper products I would my rep like it is...

Replace every time. I have told clients going in that at this time it may be good but with such a high failure rate I won't do the job. For the additional cost of replacing the plentium now is much cheaper than waiting. What if today its good and then in 6 months it's no good? Who's at fault? You kn...

Its been a while since we had one of that vintage here but if my memory serves me won't the mastertech communicate with it with the correct adapter? I know our mastertech has a special adapter for the vettes and F-bodies due to higher speed communications. Just a thought if you have one or could get...

Re: Brake Line Compression Fittings?
Not only are compression fittings on brakes lines dangerous (they are not designed to withstand the extreme pressure of a brake system) Here in New York they are deffinently illegal to the point that a vehicle will not pass a NYS inspection with them. But what it all boils down to with other shops t...

We have the good customers that you can trust but even now and then even they forget. We started allowing better customers to pay half down and then they can break up the remaining balance over a three week period. BUT and I MEAN BUT they must give me either a credit/debit card or predated checks fo...
