We have found in the past that relearning the theft system can get you anywhere from a day to a year, we always do a real good check on the passkey sensor and ignition lock cylinder, From our experience the problem is usually there.

We have had a couple issues like this in the past. My one tech is a big fan of line locking the various hoses and seeing if the pedal comes back, this usually gets us somewhere. More often than not, it turns out to be an issue with the calipers. Good luck

Classic symptoms of a bad wheel speed sensor(hub), Here in the rust belt we see alot of this.

2001 GMC 3500 - Axle Seals
We have this truck in again; the dealer has done axle seals, we have replaced them twice also. Vent tube is clear, differential has been serviced, there is no sign of metal in fluid. Bearings have been inspected and axle hubs are smooth (no roughness to cut seals). Jasper tech "replace unit", no TSB...
