2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Need VIN J Intake Man
Hello all! Does anyone have an intake manifold for a 2002 Grand Cherokee VIN J the HO engine? This part has been discontinued from Chrysler. We can't reuse the old one due to broken engine particles being sucked into the manifold when the previous engine failed. I've check all the normal online sour...

Re: Carfax phone calls
John, You said " The setting is left open for you to choose if you wish to use it or not. Once you do opt in agreeing to the terms listed, your company information is sent to car fax when you decode through CarFax. So if you Opt out in hindsite, they still have your info." But, I called your tech su...

Re: EST w/o Hours - Estimate Total Larger Font?
John,
Ok t. Could you make the total in a larger type set? Bold print makes it look better also. Thanks for taking the time to look and changing it for us. Thanks I'll be sure to send you a case of Dr. Pepper for your trouble.

Re: Carfax phone calls
My question is how are they getting our customer vehicle and mileage information if we aren't reporting to them? I had a customer come in and complain about his mileage getting reported to them and his insurance company pulled that information. Is there a way to turn it off completely? I haven't opt...

EST w/o Hours - Estimate Total Larger Font?
We are on 7.0.11 of manager and we would like to see a change to the estimate total at the bottom of the page. We use "EST w/o hours". The total at the bottom is very small and hard to read. I would request that the change be made so that it looks more like the box at the lower RT corner of the "INV...

My Place For Parts Issues
I noticed this issue the other day when ordering parts through My Place For Parts Link this issue. When doing an order for parts, if any of the parts in the list don't have a line code from Auto Wares, the MyPlaceForParts system rejects the entire order! It does not do this through Auto com link. Is...

Re: XCharge and XCheck Questions
X charge or the processing company should be left up to us! The program looks great and would most defiantly save time and lower errors made at the terminal. I too have a better than average processor that offers good rates. We all have a 300-400 dollar escape FEE involved in switching processors. P...

Hello all, Got a 02 Century 3.1L/J that intermittantly will crank and not start. Murphys law we could not get unit to act up. Tim, With the fuel pressure bleading off down to 30 psi is a classic indicator of a bad fuel pump. But I would quickly remove the upper part of the intake manifold and look to see if the fuel pressure regulator is leaking off the side of the injector.
