This another picayune issue, but would it be possible to get a function where Tech Assignment could be done globally on the RO? Many times we copy and paste jobs from history, like oil changes, etc., but then have to reassign the tech who's actually doing the work. It would save time if we could glo...

The new scheduler is certainly improvement, thanks for working so diligently on it. A couple of pesky things from my perspective: 1.The date and time should be separate fields that can be easily tabbed to and manipulated. It's really annoying to work with it the way it is now. 2. Well, I just tried again with a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe and it worked, so I guess I'll have to say it doesn't work some of the time. We only have GM available to us. I'll monitor for now.

On version 7.0.1.0 this problem started yesterday, have been on upgrade for about a week. After physically receiving ordered parts, I tried to mark them as received on the open PO. I checked off the box that says "Receive parts to appropriate Repair Orders when possible," but then got the message, "...

Repair Link not receiving vehicle info
Being able to add Repair Link is a nice feature, unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect when passing the vehicle information (VIN?) and the catalog won't work

Can't Receive Parts to Open RO
Since upgrading, when I try to receive parts to an open RO, the system doesn't recognize the open RO.
