We found out that this is only happens when new vehicle is entered using Mobile Manager we called Bolt On and they are working on a fix for this so if you have Mobile Manager make sure the box is getting selected under vehicle tab for follow up with Mitchell CRM

under my customer tab it will be checked on include in CRM campaign for that customer and when they bring in a new car we have to add check under vehicle tab if not when I go back in posted ticket it want be checked

New Vehicle Not Defaulted To CRM Campaign?

On a existing customer when they bring in a new car we have to go to vehicle screen and check the box for include this vehicle in crm is this the way this is suppose to work I would think it would select it as a default and you would have to un select if you don't want follow up on that vehicle this...

can you tell me how the recommendations work with crm. in the vehicle tab we enter the follow up date and if it is work needed that day we leave that date in the box will it send out reminder. really need any info about follow up thanks mike
