Re: Warranty Repair?
We do process the invoice as normal with prices zeroed. The problem is mostly with parts that were defective and didn't make it to the door and needed to be re-replaced. These have been sensors, actuators etc. I had hoped for an internal "crap part" tracking method. With the shortage of supply. It c...

Warranty Repair?
does Manager have a warranty processing option. For an example, if a part is defective and a tech gets paid additional time to swap it out. A separate warranty invoice for tracking.

Tires In Sales Summary?
I am not able to report my tire sales separately on my sales receipt report. Could I be posting this wrong or is something supposed to be toggled on? Looks like tire sales are in with parts even though I use a different account.

Re: 2008 Dodge 2500 6.7 plugged exhaust?
We cleaned EGR and have the same results. Our back pressure at idle varies between 50-80 inHg. This is with exhaust dropped at turbo. With egr tube disconnected its 32 inHg. We're not sure what back pressure should be. Will try wd40 to eliminate lean possibility.

2008 Dodge 2500 - 6.7L Plugged Exhaust? FIXED
We have a 6.7 with what we think is excessive back pressure at the turbo. Came in barely able to drive. Had stored codes P0471,P2262,P2563. Active code P1451. We've done all the checks we can think of. Had tech line tell us turbo was plugged. Replaced turbo & vacuumed out exhaust components. Started...

Dodge RAM 2500 U-Joints Too Tight?
I've been running into a lot of u-joints that are too tight to get the retainers in. Tried different brands and OE, same thing. Didn't have this problem years ago. Anyone have a method to keep yokes spread?

2003 Ford Excursion 6.0L - No Start
Sure could use some help on this one. This is our first 6.0 nostart. Followed manual instructions. Low cranking oil pressure, 200-400 psi. Replaced ICP sensor & connector due to leaking. Same pressure. Installed IPR and pressure is the same. Removed valve covers & did air leak test. Air leak slows w...

TIP: Vehicles Customers No Longer Own?
How do you handle vehicles after customers trade them in. Do you remove them from the data base? If so does the history remain with customer? Thanks, Tom
