Disregard, I think I figured it out.

Somehow the program securities feature was turned on during update.

I've stopped bundling parts and simply bill everything out. Better for my bottom line, too. This scenario is a reason to consider NOT bundling. Muddy sales reports and making less? Nah. Hi Adam, I've stepped through the process on using a kit this morning and didn't see any issues with the QoH being properly deducted, nor the sales history being inaccurate. I find it unusual that add-on programs like Bolt-On, and Service Intelligence can offer texting in Canada through Manager Plus, but Mitchell1 itself can't.

I'm using counter sale for exactly that, things sold over the counter. It's set to print to screen default. I've changed it to every possible option.

If I could even email them, I would be fine, but it cuts it off the same in email as well.

Coming up with half the text cut off. Shows up that way in print to screen as well.

Any ideas? I've tried turning headers on and of, comment line on and off, etc. Same issue.

Is it possibly because I start the estimate first, and then add or find the customer?

That's the only thing I can think of, but I'm almost certain it does it sometimes even if I start the estimate in the customer's vehicle first.

New Scheduler

This is downright awful. Invoices getting lost, can't find orders. Please tell me how to put it back to how it was. I'm seriously considering switching programs due to how non-user friendly this "new and improved" scheduler is, and I've been using Manager for 10+ years.
