WELL I FIGURED IT OUT I GUESS, THE TIMING WAS OFF BY ABOUT 4 TO 5 DEGREES. RESET IT TO BASE PLUS 1 OR 2 AND IT COVERED UP THE PROBLEM VERY WELL. DONT KNOW IF IT WAS THE PROBLEM BUT IT FIXED HIS PROBLEM. THANKS!

CHECKED THE VALVE AND NUMBER AND IT HAS THE RIGHT VALVE ON IT AND IT DOESNT TAKE THE WASHERS. THE VALVE PORT RECESSES INTO THE MANIFOLD.

I SEARCHED THE TRUNK HARNESS AREA AND FOUND THE WIRING GOING UP THE TRUNK HINGES CUT BY THE HINGE AND GROUNDING OUT ON EACH OTHER. REPAIRED ABOUT 7 OR 8 CUT WIRES AND ALL IS GOOD. YAY!!!

FIXED!!!! AFTER ALL THAT SEARCHING I FOUND OUT IM STUPID. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY BATTERY CONNECTIONS. SOMEONE PUT AN AFTERMARKET CABLE END ON IT AND THE NEGATIVE LEADS WERE CORRODED AND LOOSE. I REPAIRED THE LEADS AND REPLACED THE CABLE END AND THE TEMP IS STAYING IN THE MIDDLE AND AROUND 220-225....
