I am also experiencing random database connection errors, sometimes we can start the program back up and we are on our way other times it requires a complete reboot. I noticed that X-Charge loaded when we upgraded from 5.X to SE, we are not using nor intend to use this at this point.

Will It cause any problems if I un-install this from the pc??

i am using 6.6.8 Inv No hrs/parts/rev data and I have a small space in the lines between entries. However, that said, we do not type with the cap lock button on. Maybe the larger font is the issue?? The answer is to simply start an Estimate in the Start/F6 window where customer names are validated as already existing.
