Re: Vehicle Notes?
There is a lot of space in vehicle notes. I put the entire Declaration of Independence in there save for the last sentence. I'd be surprised if you could fill it up. It goes WAY beyond the visible window. Thanks Ric, I'll b giving it a try, especially after seeing that I can click the little box so...

Re: Vehicle Notes?
Well, that is the issue that I'm having. Not much space for notes in those 2 locations. Is there a way to link to a word processor file that I could use or maybe that isn't such a good idea but I'm needing more space than what is provided unless I'm missing something.

Vehicle Notes?
I am hoping to find out how to add a note section to a vehicle. Information about that vehicle. Tire size, PCM Service Number, Front Axle ID, etc. I have been poking around here and cannot seem to locate anything like that. I may have missed it and if it is already in the forum, please point me to i...

Re: Inventory Report
The issue I have with the graph that Ric showed is that I cannot see which vehicles that part went on and that is the information I am wanting to know. Unless there is a way to get that information from the graph.

Re: Inventory Report
Thanks Ric. Yes, it is easily missed because I had not thought to look in the management section. I guess my 25 years with Quickbooks was blindsiding me on this one.
Thanks again. I use that report to determine what to stock and how much to stock.

Inventory Report
On a given inventory part, I want to know where all I have used this part. How can I find a report like that? I have poked all around on the report button but did not find what I am looking for. Can someone please help?

Re: 2007 Chevy 3/4 2wd Diesel P0101
I didn't check but at times the manufacturer will have software updates for some funky things. I had a Dodge truck a few years ago that would randomly throw a code & turn the CEL on. All my diagnosis was futile. I reflashed the PCM and that took care of it. As I said, I don't know if reflashing the ...

Re: 1996 Chev K2500 5.7L - ABS Issue
As near as I can tell, the Vehicle Control Module and the Powertrain Control Module are one and the same unit in this application. Correct me if I am wrong. The location is in the left front corner of the engine compartment.

Re: 1996 K2500 ABS Issue
It was a used unit Ric. "new" and or reman is not available. We even sent the one we took off to a place that can check and rebuild them if need be. They said that there was nothing wrong with the one we sent to them. I should mention that in viewing data, the wheel speed sensors all show something ...

1996 Chev K2500 5.7L - ABS Issue
I have this 1996 Chevy K2500, a 5.7L engine, automatic trans and 4WD. The issue is that the amber antilock brake light is on in the dash. There is multiple codes in the ABS Module for wheel speed sensor signal missing at all wheels, erratic wheel speed on all wheels, relay circuit shorted, and a wat...

Re: 2002 Mazda Miata Intermitant Engine Stall
Today I replaced both the camshaft sensor and the crankshaft sensor as per advice from other techs. Went to back the car out of the garage and lo - the problem is still there. I started it up and could not keep it running even with rapidly stroking the accelerator pedal. It shuts off and then I star...

Re: 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Blower Motor Resistor Failure F
I spoke with a tech from the local Chrysler dealer explaining the problem with this van. His reply: Yes, Chrysler had alot of issues during those years with HVAC systems. Said some never got fixed cause even Chrysler did not know what to do. Big help! I replaced motor and resistor. We'll see how lon...

2002 Mazda Miata Intermitant Engine Stall
I have this 2002 Mazda Miata with a 1.8L engine and a manual transmission. The issue is a very random intermittant engine stall upon startup. It may go for several days till it happens again. There is no codes in the PCM. I replaced the idle air control valve several weeks ago and the issue is still...

Re: 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Blower Motor Resistor Failure F
Ok, so this van is back. Same problem. No high speed on the blower. Same issue. Blower motor resistor is blown out. Motor draw is within specs. What am I missing? And, no, there is no evidence in the wiring harness of overheating. The customer is getting exasparated about this. The last time, we ins...

I am not sure if I understand what you want but what I am getting is you want to just delete the duplicate RO's. If so then open the RO you want to delete and click "edit" in the left upper screen and click "remove Order". Repeat for all un wanted RO's. There is no mass RO delete option. Thanks Pau...
