Would greatly appreciate that. 3 years of inspections is a lot of data to lose.

We used Prospect for a few years but recently switched over to Bolton's. Now that we no longer have Prospect, there is no "MPI" button to view old inspections. Is there any way to view these 3 years of inspections or are they lost forever since we switched?

Is there a setting to have notes be set by default, not to print on the repair order?

Under "Customer List for Start Order", selecting Customer after Company was selected, would show no names even when removing all text. You can type in a last name and still nothing. Switch back to Company then back to Customer it will
then display correctly.

I was showing the owner how this works as far as clocking in/out and it recording the time. Is there a way to reset a given item so it looks like the tech never clocked in?
Example: If a tech accidentally clocked in on a wrong vehicle then hit completed. How would you undo that as an owner?

Just got off of the phone with tech support and they said the only way to handle it is to do it one by one. Strange figuring m1files.com shows a SQL script to do such a task (viewing the sql command in notepad confirms the script is meant to do such a thing). Any suggestions?

My boss has a habit of not closing 'any' PO after parts are ordered. I would say their is roughly 1,000 + open PO's. Is their a way I can close
