We are on the latest version of windows on the server.
WE do have Bolt on mobile manager pro and also my shop manager. We also have 360 payments.
It is not 100% of the time I would say 80% of the time.
Yes no problem if you need to call for more info.

When we try to perform search in WIP, what we type in disappears right away or your search pops for a second and then goes away. You may have to type it in 5 or 6 times before it will show up. Doesn't matter what you are searching - RO number, customer name, license, vehicle.... etc. It does it on e...

Error when looking up parts or estimate time

I am getting an error when I try the estimator or parts look up on an RO or revision only on 1 work station. The warning is "Unable to launch repair intent: Could not load file or assembly CelSharp.Core.Runtime.dll or one of its dependencies. The specific module could not be founnd".

users changing

Why do the saved users keep changing. They are saved a certain way and then the next day they are moved around or changed. I will put it back to how it was and save it but a couple days later it changes again. How do we keep that from happening.

It is set for customer and it goes to company, The weird thing is when you do company it puts it in customer.

New customer name goes to wrong spot

When we start a new work order and the customer ends up being new but you searched the name and you hit new customer it then puts the name in company spot instead of customer name and vice versa for company. Is there a fix for that?

I had a tech punched into an RO and someone deleted the RO. I need to open this RO so I can unpunch my tech out to be able to punch into another job.

I discovered that the automated oil change appointments used to be classified as unconfirmed but now they are actually classified as open in the appointment status tab. I think that is where the changed happened. Was wondering if there is a way to change it to where those come in as unconfirmed. Or ...

Colors on the scheduler

I just noticed that all the automated oil change appointments used to be labeled unconfirmed and they would come up a specific color. Also the confirmed are not changing color. They used to automatically up until this week. Was there a change in the program?

WIP User - Last 10 R.O.s List Gone?

When in the WIP page we used to be able to click on file and it would drop down the last 10 RO's you were in. Did that move or get eliminated. It was very helpful.

Periodically we have a problem that a repair order/invoice will change customer. It seems to happen the most when we are making it an invoice. When we are done making it out or done inputting things we click on the WIP to get out of the screen. Later we go back to find it and it has a different name...

Is there a way to change or add the location of the change ownership tab. When you are adding a new vehicle to a customer and enter in the vin, if it was someone else's vehicle it will bring up a small screen that says it belongs to this other person. Is there a way at that point to say change owner...

do you have to assign the tech in the appointment to be able to apply to tech calendar? We assign techs to repair order but that does not seem to automatically put their name on the appointment. Is there an easier way?

AM/PM Not Visible?

When I try to schedule someone with the new scheduler the start and end AM/PM does not show up so it won't let me enter it in. It will keep saying the time is out of range. It is only happening on one of my computers. I tried changing users and that does not work.
