I was told there's a report in Mitchel that gives you what estimates were written and not sold. Is there such a report? If so what's the name of it.

I'm trying to find a way to track new customers by source. I see where I can enter the source...but I don't see a report to print to review where people came from. What's the best practice for doing this.

We downloaded 8.4 and realized all the issues with the timeclock. Any idea when the update with all the fixes is due to be released?

The Actual hours will update on labor items when the tech marks the labor item as completed or when the order is posted. Does the timeclock portal for the techs not put any information into Mitchel until the technician marks it complete? If a tech forgets to punch out on a labor line how do you go in and correct it without waiting until it's posted?

It appears at first anyway you are correct. We wanted to use the clock each day to double check techs punches. So to double check we'll have to export it to a report....then check....if adjustments need to be made close the report and recheck...then do it again.. Seems like alot of work...but we'll ...

Hey guys the jokes actually on us! All this time the told us that Bolt On was a different company than Mitchel. With how long it takes anything to get done I'm 99.999% sure that Bolt on IS Mitchel. They both take the same amount of time to get something done.

1) A time clock on a repair order should tell you the tech punched in at 7:30 and out at 10:30.....not just "3 hours". And it shouldn't be able to be edited by the tech. Is there a report or a way to track service writer upsells in Mitchell?

We have Bolton but are in the process of switching to mitchel for all the features we use. Mitchels new lube sticker program doesn't have a place to put the weight of the oil. Is this coming down the road? or would it be possible to get it on the sticker?
