Re: Wrong Email - No Way To Remove
On each email communication sent there is the option to tell us we have the wrong email address. By clicking the unsubscribe or "I no longer own this vehicle" the consumer can remove a bad email address. The selection below of "You have the wrong customer/email address - Please do not send emails to...

Re: CRM Email Notification
Although not as convenient as your suggestion - your support agent can send you a report of all the unsubscribed emails.

Re: SCRM Sure Critic Phone Interviews
Hello, Phone reviews are an optional feature. Because consumer review content is the most valuable kind of Internet content for your business, we call with the intention of getting 10 additional reviews per month. We also collect an email address during those calls. If you provide your information a...

Re: CRM Old Recommendation?
The good news is that we DO remove deleted Recommendations and this was a very rare case. (Sorry about this convoluted answer below but sometimes you just don't want to know how the sausage is made). The bad news is that we created this unique problem when we back-filled IDs for all recommendations ...

Re: Ownerautosite.com - Change Of email/login
Hi Dennis,
We do have a plan to create shop landing pages sometime this year that will give key shop information. A consumer/non-customer could request an appointment from the shop from these pages. We're not certain how it will integrate with Ownerautosite.com yet.
Regards,
Brian
