Is there a way to email statements directly other than downloading the .pdf and attaching to an email? Thanks

Deleted Vehicles

When making appointments online, customers see all the vehicles they've ever owned as current. Makes it hard for fleets to use this feature and they sold the 2002 Monte Carlo 12 years ago -- Seems like it's not syncing with the Mitchell database. It's been in the "Feature Review" line for a while, b...

Re: Appointment Setting Update

Thanks.

But we use the Bolt-On scheduler on our website and it doesn't use these parameters? :(

Right now, the status is "Feature Request #4376"

Why doesn't the Bolt-on scheduler use the Shopstream SE schedule?

Looking for an update on this "feature" from Bolt-On pls.

Appointment Setting Update

Customers are making appointments for when we are closed? It's an awkward reply :(

And how can I stop customers from making appointments for the same day?

Can't find a settings menu -

Thanks.

Re: First Mile Debit Cards COVID-19

Any updates on this? Customers STILL have to sign the ISC250 terminal after entering a debit card pin. We're trying to be as touch-free and caring to customers. Surely the Chip and PIN # is the security? Why are we making people sign? I have reached out to First Mile, but this is a black hole. Can M...

First Mile Debit Cards COVID-19

When a customer uses a debit card and enters a PIN, why does it also ask for a signature using the pen? I use my debit card everywhere and when I enter a PIN, they never ask for a signature too? Customers find it annoying, especially today when things need to be as touchless as possible. Do I need a...

Enter key on Tire Packages

Pet peeve. The enter key used to confirm a tire selection via Promos boots the user out of the quote. I enter a tire size, description, mfr or anything using Promos and the tire packages and Enter acts like the Escape button. It's annoying having to reach for the mouse every time. Can this be fixed?

I Never Leave Reviews

We were getting 15-20 solid thank-you initiated reviews a month when we were direct with SureCritic. We signed/integrated with Mitchell eCRM on 6/1 and in 3 months have received 4. Of those 1 was a test - 1 found us on Google - The 2 others described the process as confusing. IMO The phone call revi...

Re: Paid on Account

When will this release be available? I have 28 invoices on 1 statement to pay with a credit card and the client would like to see 1 charge on their cc statement, not 28 individual ones? What is the workaround?

I am going to turn this "feature" off too. Going through the schedule in advance is a PITA. Kinda defeats the object.

Same. I had a customer paying 10 charged invoices with a credit card. We had to unpost each invoice and charge it that way. What a PITA! I wouls agree that a key function of SE is broken
