I received my new equipment from X-Charge (ipp320 x 2) and when X-Charge Tech support tried to install on my computers, they informed me they are waiting on some kind of password from Mitchell 1 for EMV. X-Charge was unable to install the new equipment and I was told to wait until Mitchell 1 provide...

I called X-Charge support and they logged in to remedy. It turns out that "raw" printing selection rather than "windows" printing selection under printing tab, under setup was checked. Once "windows" printing box was checked and "raw" was unchecked, the signature copy began to print as it should.

We were able to successfully print signature/credit card receipts upon changing x-charge printer settings per Tim's instruction. XCharge Customer Signature Receipt Print Setting?

We have 2 computers at our service desk running X-Charge, each has their own separate printer. The host does not print a customer signature receipt but the 2nd computer automatically prints one as soon as card is approved. Where do I find the settings for printing customer signature receipts?
