Re: 2010 Chev Cobalt - Ice On Key Removed From Ignition

Yes that is the lock Cylinder. The worst part is it doesn't happen all the time. that's exactly what I thought is that moisture is some how getting in there but, it has been super cold here and not getting our freak rain, customer parts the car outside, so its not like it is in a heated garage. it i...

Re: 1993 Volvo 850 - Won't Run w/Mass air flow connected

I spoke to John and he told me that in his testing he checked the wires in the connector for continuity and ground and both where good, unless there is a wire in the harness that is corroded and is still sending a good signal.
They also had the Coil wire right off to inspect it.

After Doing some more checking the MAF Sensor that is in the Car is the Hot wire Sensor. John ran voltage tests on all the wires going into the Sensor Etc... and everything tested normal, which should indicate a faulty Sensor, so after we got the new one and installed it would not run, could nit get...

Re: 1993 Volvo 850 - Won't Run w/Mass air flow connected

When I called the Dealer to check on the part, I gave him the serial number, so I'm assuming from that he should have been able to give me the Correct number "I would hope" and when it came in it looked exactly the same as the one we took out, but I guess the question is the one we took out the corr...

Re: 1993 Volvo 850 - Won't Run w/Mass air flow connected

It was a new Bosch Sensor from World Pac, with I initially called the Volvo Dealer and Got the part number and confirmed that it was a bosch MAF Sensor
and he said that they are the same other then packaging, if that is true or not I'm not sure.

Metric

Just wondering if they are considering including the kilometers in with the miles in the Maintenance Schedules, it would make it a little easier and not so time consuming.

Attaching Files To Work Orders?

I would be a nice feature to see in any of the next updates, to be able to Import a file to the workorder to save on file. Such as wheel alignment spec sheets, if we could import the Copy of the WA Results to the Mitchell invoice that corrisponds with it. It Would be Awesome and save time, cause eve...

Customer Name vs Company Name

There should be an option that if you have a business name listed and the customers name on the same page - it lists it in the WIP screen under the Customers name the not the Business Name. Personally I would like to see the Business name
