Re: Activant Shopcat?
I went through the same thoughts before switching over. We used Shop Cat all the time. But it was very easy to transition to the different catalogs, the only negative is that we have to use two different catalogs for parts and labor now.

Re: 2004 Chev Cavalier - Misfire 2 & 3?
I would check into the ignition module, These engines had problems with those. If you remove the module you can use a test light to see if those cylinders are working. I believe cylinder 2-3 actually fire at the same time, so probably use the same trigger from the ignition module.

I think there is some programming you can do with gm radios, I know I have done it before. Not sure if this is your issue, but maybe.

Re: Manager SE - Credit Card Processing Announcement
We negotiated a contract with them, Told them we don't sign with credit card companies unless there is no termination fee. My opinion is, If they do well and keep rates reasonable, we will stay with them and there is no need for a yearly contract. No fancy promotions or anything with x-charge, they ...

I seem to remember a Chrysler car that I battled once. I would monitor the voltages and unplug other sensors to see if or when your problem goes away. Are all the fuses good, I do a lot of electrical and have seen some weird stuff.

Re: 2005 Lincoln Town Car - Can't Reprogram PCM Cruise
Check to make sure ALL Brake lights are working, including third high mount light. Most of the time the cruise control needs to see the feedback from the bulb, and if it is not there, the cruise will not work.

Re: 2005 Lincoln Town Car - Can't Reprogram PCM Cruise
Ask your customer if they have two keys, if so have them bring the other one down, you do not need a blank key to reprogram, but you do need two keys. When going through the relearn process your programmer should find that the vin number does not match the other modules in the vehicle. When it finds...

In my opinion, A good tpms tool is well worth the investment. We have a snap on tester and it is awesome. I haven't had a vehicle that I couldn't program within ten minutes. It also comes with an OBDII connector to upload the sensor data to the module. It does this in about five seconds. Very very n...

I don't know who you have "repairing" your PCM's but we had an issue on a 2005 escape. Cardone had the PCM three times, we even told them specifically that the coil drivers were out. The first time it came back exactly the same, second time it ran worst, and third a little better. My point is, that ...

I don't know much about this particular engine, but according to another user on Identifix, this could be caused by a main relay issue. Maybe if the relay is in the wrong spot. I attached the file.

Re: 2000 Honda Accord EX - Rain No Start
These cars are notorious for faulty Fuel Injection Relay Module failure. We have seen this so much, and it makes sense in your case. We see these fail a lot in hot weather too. Sometimes if you tap the module the vehicle will start. The module is located in drivers kick panel, by the brake pedal.
