We do labor credits all the time. Anytime there is a warranty issue the labor gets a positive amount and a negative amount. Same thing with parts. Anytime we do a "customer service adjustment" there is a positive labor amount and a negative labor amount so the customer can see the value in the credit.

We discovered an issue where if you apply a labor credit to an invoice, the labor credit (negative amount) is being applied to sublet vs. being applied to labor. Thanks Tim. I forgot about the F2 function. I assumed they did not have spell check because the red squiggly spell check line does not automatically show up when you misspell a word like it does in the repair order. Thanks again!

It would be nice to have spell check on vehicle memo, customer remarks and recommendations.

It would be great if you could add a column for notes to the work in progress screen. We have anywhere from 45-60 RO's at any given time in the WIP screen and it would be nice to be able to ad quick notes so we would't have to open the RO to see what the vehicle is in for.

We have a customer entered three times spelled three different ways. We also have vehicle history on the same vehicle in all three accounts. Is there a way to easily combine them into one account?

6.5SE. This was a feature that we thought would be great when we first switched from 5.9 but that feature does not work on our system.

We have been told that there is a setting that after the part is ordered, the part line will change color. Also after the part is received we can change the line color. Can someone walk me through the setting change to make this happen?

Please add a limit or "cap" for the discount coupons under promos. We would love to use this feature but we can't until there is a cap amount.
IE: Senior citizen discount 10% off parts and labor with a cap of $30.00

We do use the referral feature. I would really like to use the group marketing feature we can really target who we want IE: Female AAA Member Senior citizen Etc. I can't figure out why Mitchell would let you setup 7 different marketing groups if you can't get reporting on them? Thanks, Aaron

In the customer tab, there is a market button where you can setup different marketing groups such as male, female, AARP member, etc. How do I get reporting on these groups? I would like to download them to a CSV so they can be sorted.

Is there a way to add a limit on discounts?
IE: Under Promos- Discounts, I would like to add a military discount of 10% of subtotal up to $30.00. I see were we can create a discount but I can't figure out how to cap the discount at a certain amount.
