When changing ownership from a company with more than 200 vehicles associated with their name, the program limits the display to 200 vehicles. The one i need to change ownership of does not display. Then how do i change the ownership?

TIP: Prioritizing Status+Customers in WIP Screen?
I've been using the SEARCH feature in the WIP screen to prioritize my Statuses. VERY helpful when dealing with whats here for work, waiting for parts/ test drive etc. If i were able to sort alphabetically by customer as well as status, would be extremely helpful. In other words, allow both columns t...

A/R Date Range To Recreate Statements?
Why can't a date range be selected to print from? For instance, a customer is late on a payment and needs a faxed copy of the original statement sent. I can no longer generate the same statement unless I still have the original.

Re: Rolling into next day
I understand your concern there. It's certainly a legitimate point. Technically, the reason it doesn't show is because the Start Date is in the past. I see you are managing appointment states well. Have you tried possibly grouping by State before Start Date to see if that concept might work better ...

Rolling into next day
I'm sure it's been addressed before, but i'm not understanding how to or why appointments made to roll over into following day aren't coming up in the appointment screen for the following day.

Re: Saving Scheduler Layout
A couple of questions: 1. What version of the Manager software are you running? It's the number in the bottom right hand corner. 2. What settings are referring to? Version 7.2.9. And.... i think i fixed my own issue. i was using the default group button to void and changes in my scheduler filter, w...

Checking back in... Found the report Invoice Profit Summary. Would be nice for the F12 function still as it would be faster than sorting through all records.

is there any way for the POS to keep track of storage charges? for instance time stamped date of drop off, last contact with customer. duration of stay (idle time/ awaiting pick up). And if so would that be a new labor category? Sublet?

Discount on Counter sale
We get subbed out constantly for alignment. Sometimes a few of our customers are actually subbing one of our own customers back to me (Power Company), but they're paying the bill. Ownership function is annoying to deal with, so i'd like to just write a counter sale and leave the vehicle info out. Ho...

Adding Labor Lines To Appear In Appt.?
Why is it that i can only add a Canned job? we should be able to add a custom or " on the fly" labor line. Also, at this point adding a symptom/ customer concern would be great. Possibly even toggle a comeback? I also dont understand why you cant add labor lines to an appointment is creating it from...

Tires - How They Are Sold?
there are several ways to sell tires. in the past we have chosen to make $30 per tire and that includes dismount, mount and balance. this includes a labor item, but is $0. most recently in order to track tech efficiency better, we have changed this so any tire sold is marked up 5%. we then assign a ...

I dont think anyone is understanding my query. With all of my tech's info filled out, i tag him on the job for (ex: 3.5 hours), but it takes him only 1 hour, and i fill that in accordingly... Thanks Ric, However i do have that info properly filled out. My techs do not receive a commission so those fields are left blank...
