I thought we had the ability to either uncheck the green SMS or check exclude from CRM at one point in time and one of those setting would transfer to something like Mechanic Advisor. Yes. Hi just learned it was a feature that anyone could use but Mitchell took that away, I assume in an effort to gently force one to use their products. Excluding Customer From Text Messages

Is there a way to exclude a customer from receiving texts without waiting for them to get the text and respond with STOP?

Database Clean-Up?

Any way to do a mass clean up of old customers? Would prefer to just exclude from marketing but if a full delete is available, that's certainly an option I would entertain. Thank you!

Am I the only one who has missing data on the Vehicle Report By Makes? Its completely missing vehicle makes, for instance, Chevrolet. I called technical support and was told it would be fixed with next release which unfortunately my marketing campaign can't wait that long. Anyone know of another way...

How does everyone handle PO's? At one point in time, any part ordered through NexPart would automatically transfer to QB through intergrator. That stopped sometime ago and now I have to manually close every PO in order to get them over to QB. Is there any way around this? This is very time consuming...
