When I transfer labor and parts from the estimator to 6.4se it transfer the parts first and then the labor, I am use to the 5.9 that it transfer the item to the order in the order that I select it. The labor first with all the necessary parts and then the next labor line with the parts that I choose...

I would start by disconnecting the ignition switch and see if this turn the engine off. I see allot of problem with early 2000 honda's, most of the time is lack of key on power when you turn the key back from the crank position. Good luck
