Same. I don't want to waste time and money on a physical time clock and time cards if we are going to see the release in the near future

Re: Average car cycle time

Yea, you're right, but I don't think those fields are available in query builder... If they were, you're method would work just fine. We could average out the difference to see the info I'm looking for

Care to share what you are using that has tiles?

X-charge vs 1stMile

My credit card processor contract is coming up for renewal and I want to look at one of the integrated processors that work with Mitchell. As far as I can tell, the difference between x-charge and 1stMile is that first mile offers some financing options for customers who need it? Is that all? Is thi...

Re: Manager SE Slowing Down?

We have multiple workstations that crash multiple times a day. I see it more when working in revisions, but I wouldn't say it's isolated to that area only.

Re: Average car cycle time

No worries, thanks for following up. I'm kinda surprised I haven't had more people +1 this idea. Seems like this would be very handy information. I have no clue how it could be done, outside of internally to the shop, but it would be cool to see what the biggest impact on the total duration is. Part...

End of Day - Service Writer Posted Orders

When running my end of day reports, service writer posted orders does not print out. Am I doing something wrong?

Mileage on Inspections

Is it possible to have the vehicle mileage shown somewhere when doing a digital inspection? It would be nice to have that info when recommending services and spark plugs

Re: Average car cycle time

I guess per work order? I'm not really looking for individual tickets, I'm wanting to be able to look at a week or month and know the average time it takes for my team to get cars fixed and out of the shop. Does that sound like we're talking about the same thing?

Re: Average car cycle time

I'd be happy with a time duration from converting to a repair order to posting an invoice.

Average Car Cycle Time?

Similar to the question I asked in the report pro section: Is there a report in Mitchell that will tell you the average time a vehicle spends in your shop. What I'm looking for is to see how fast we are getting cars out of our shop from the time of write up. I'm looking for a report that allows me t...

Average car cycle time

Is there a report in Report Pro that will tell you the average time a vehicle spends in your shop. What I'm looking for is to see how fast we are getting cars out of our shop from the time of write up. I know there is a vehicle flow report of some sort for individual vehicle events, but I'm looking ...

Re: Automated Oil Changes / Scheduler

Has this issue been fixed yet? If not, CAN WE PLEASE!?!?!?! It's been a year and a half since I originally posted the issue, and I know I disabled the feature long before that. If I need to do a facebook video so I can explain this better, add me on facebook and we can do a video chat.

Re: Automated Oil Changes / Scheduler

I'd agree again. Seeing projects like the XOXO brand being developed, when an original idea from years ago has a fault left unfixed is bothering. Like others said, we love the product, but lets complete/fix what you've already come out with, instead of leaving it half baked

Re: Automated Oil Changes / Scheduler

No offense but you have been looking into this for almost a year and a half, is there someone else there that can maybe look into things and get things done because that does not seem to be you. Your answer to everything is I do not know but I will look into this or I will see if I can get this don...
