Sold Revision Report?

I have searched all of Mitchell1 reports as well as Report Pro and even tried creating a report to show me sold revisions for a chosen time period. I can find open revisions but cannot find sold revisions. Is there such a report available or has someone figured out a way to dig out this information ...

Re: Active Recalls

I just saw this feature this morning when I updated to 7.2.9 and absolutely love it! One question though, when and how does the open recall notification go away. Do we manually do it or is it something automatically done through updates?

What Is Hat #?

I have always wondered what the hat # box is meant to be used for. It never really bothered me too much as I just ignored it. But now I have a new employee who is bugging me to find out what it is. I'm glad she is as inquisitive as she is because maybe now I will find out the purpose of that box. I ...

Re: Bolt On Reviews

I have been using Mobile Manager for about 7 months and highly recommend it. We are a two bay shop with two techs plus myself between front counter and shop. Our customers love seeing the inspection results right away and we are doing better inspections now. We are probably not using it to its full ...

Re: World Pac

We are converting estimates to repair orders before we order parts, our estimates are converted before we touch a vehicle. I have thought about starting from a repair order instead of estimate in the new screen, but I have a lot of fleets that need a quote before they issue a po number, therefore I ...

Re: World Pac

I am having a similar problem. We don't use the inventory part of the program, so I am not too familiar with the PO system. When I order parts online from Napa, it shows the estimate number, not the work order number. So although the parts are already on the invoice, the billing information is not(i...

TIP: Techs Remembering Time Clock?

We have only been using time clocks for a couple of months, and the techs are having trouble remembering to clock in. I would like to put a reminder in the body of the tech worksheets(either under parts of labour description). I'm afraid of putting the reminder in the customer or vehicle info becaus...
