Re: Deleted Orders?
I am having the same issue... It might be nice if the programing was updated to make deleted lines/orders not display on the user interface, but to still be somewhere logged in the system... On a previous system, and even in QuickBooks, nothing is ever permanently deleted... I just deleted a line fr...

Re: Parts Kit Window Issues
*** background to see if it makes a difference *** These are my oil filters, they are a kit and part of a canned job, thus used as optional parts with a prompt. The location that they are not in order is the pop up window used to select which oil filter will be used on the specific job. Also, they a...

Re: Parts Kit Window Issues
The display order used to be the order in which the part records were added to the part kit and I believe this is still true. Tim, Just a quick bit of feedback, but this doesn't appear to be true, at least in my system on 6.5.47... I have tried to delete these items from my list, and exit out of th...

Same tool different package. So close it could have bit me... if I would have read the words instead of being stuck on the details.

Where is this report in ProPack? I can't seem to find it...ricmorin wrote:Steve,
Not sure if you're using ProPack from Bolton or not, but there is an Unsold Revisions report in there that can give you what you want.

Re: Superceding Parts By Vendor
I'm sneaking in on a conversation that is definitely above my experience, but somewhere in the mix, I believe there might be something for me to learn here... I have a vendor that was recently bought out... they are my biggest supplier and they are also the vendor that supply all of my stocking part...

Re: Inventory Parts Don't Link With WorldPAC Transfers
This is becoming an issue for me as well as I often purchase the EXACT SAME item from multiple vendors, however, each of them use a different MFG code, and now they are all setting up in duplicate. This is actually adding a few more problems for me, because when I go to enter the inventory/costs, th...

Re: Setting Up Jobs With Different Labor Rate?
It just seems simple to me to setup a default labor rate at the customer level, but then to have the option to over-ride that with a labor rate defined by the job.

Setting Up Jobs With Different Labor Rate?
We have performance/off-road jobs that we complete at a different labor rate. I have created a labor rate called 'performance' and set it at the correct dollar amount. Which I found that I can choose on any labor line of an order by choosing the correct 'customer type'. However, I am no looking to s...

How Long Are Text Msgs Visible In ProPack?
I am noticing that it seems that many of my text messages are deleting off ProPack? Are these officially 'lost forever'?
Just curious if they disappear, then have I lost the tracking on who has accepted use of the texts?

Is there a way to change the view on sub-estimates so that the shop supplies is not automatically added in? Re: SE 6.4 Issues Affecting QBI?
If given the chance to actually show where the specific concern is, I believe the team would understand where the trouble with this lies from an accounting standpoint. When these transactions are being recorded, it is changing the company's income values and thus creating invalid accounting numbers ...

Re: Message Pro Settings & More...
Thanks for explaining the requirements. Unfortunately, I did not plan, and am not currently using the auto appointment settings of manager/propack, I guess I will not be able to benefit from this feature. Although, I will add that it seems odd to me that I have to have a repair order open to send on...
