HAVE A PART NUMBER IN INVENTORY THAT SAID IT WAS LAST PURCHASED ON 1/6/15 BUT THE SALES BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PART EDIT SCREEN SHOWS NO SALES RECORD, ALSO WHEN I DO A PART NUMBER SEARCH IT HAS NO HISTORY, WHAT KIND OF REPORT CAN I RUN TO HELP ME FIND WHAT IS GOING ON HERE.

SOMETIMES WHEN GO INTO INVENTORY AND CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION OR CAT ON A PART I WILL GET A MESSAGE THAT READS ( CHANGING , THERE ARE OPEN ORDERS WITH THIS PART. DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE PART ON ALL OPEN ORDERS?) I CAN NOT FIND ANY OPEN ORDERS ANY WHERE WITH THAY PART ON IT. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN?

when i do a part number search report under the management tab, why doesn`t the vendor invoice number show up under the vendor name, the number was applied when the po was received?
