Re: Reports for Different Labor Types?
Ok, I can look into doing that, but I have a year's worth of data that I need to look at. Is there a way?

Reports for Different Labor Types?
I cannot find a report that will allow me to print a report with a summary of our different labor types. For example towing, road service, and in shop. I want a report with a breakdown of sales for each category for a specified time frame. Any ideas?

Re: Reports For Fleet Vehicles?
Thanks, very helpful. The only problem for the F4 function is that it does not have a column for unit #. Is there a way that I can add it in? For instance if I search "injector" There are 52 invoices all for the same customer, but for 52 different trucks.

Reports For Fleet Vehicles?
Is anyone else finding this software hard to use for a fleet application? We are a mid-sized garage, where all we service are fleet vehicles. We need the ability to search vehicle history using a keyword. I have used the part search feature but it only lists vehicle make and company and not unit num...

Re: Printing Statements for a Date range or INV# range
That report would be great if it did not have labor hours and part numbers on it. I could use that as the statement and their invoice together.

Re: Printing Work Performed Date On INV?
Wow that's too bad. It seems like that should be a pretty easy fix to write that into the program. I am already having to use notes for Engine Hours and PO#s. It really looks bad on the invoice. There has to be a way to get the work performed date on the Invoice and look professional. Is there anybo...

Printing Work Performed Date On INV?
How can I go about printing the date of the work performed on the invoice as opposed to the print date. We do not put our RO into the CPU until a day or two later, sometimes a week. I need to put the day that the work was performed on the INV to show the customer that I did not fix 10 of his trucks ...

Re: Posting Engine Hours on Invoice
I need to use both on the trucks. I have been using the miles field for hours on things like generators and refers because miles do not apply to them. But it looks stupid and un-professional when the invoice prints for a generator reading miles instead of hours. All we need for our shop is to elimin...

Printing Statements for a Date range or INV# range
I need to print a statement by a date range or a INV# range. We bill Bi-weekly and I just need a statement for the invoices in that time frame not from previous weeks.

Applying 2% Credit To Account Invoices?
The majority of what we do is fleet maintenance. We bill our customers bi-weekly and can have as many as 40 invoices for each of them. We offer a 2% discount if the amount is paid in 15 days. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Is there a better way to apply a discount to a batch other than un-...

Posting Engine Hours on Invoice
We are a truck repair and need to input Engine Hours just as we would the Odometer. Is there a better way to do this than Vehicle Memo, Ref #, or Notes?
We need it to show on the invoice, statement and some sort of reporting so that we can track when vehicles are due for service.

Searching Inventory By Description
Is it possible to search through your inventory by the description? I have tried using an * but am unsuccessful. I have had to organize my inventory by the first word and it is a PIA. Let me know thanks.
