Is anyone working on or even thinking about the ability to add discounts to revisions? Also Alldata allows you to select which items you would like to discount on any given order. It would be nice to be selective when applying discounts.

I have a question about that part sales graph. It doesn't specify the current month. For example it shows Feb. - to Jan. If its October and look at parts sales graph, it shows that I have sold this part in December. Am I to assume this graph is Feb. 2016 to October 2016 and then continuing back to N...

Very much would like to add email in scheduler & new customer screen. Boggles my mind why its not available in new customer screen.

We have discovered that if you have 6 labor lines regardless of notes or parts, that the report pro invoice does not print. Remove one labor line & it will print fine. Anybody else having issues with this.

Is there any way to remove say 12-1pm for lunch from the schedule block hours? Otherwise a job runs into lunch but isn't showing an accurate completed time.& messing with afternoon scheduling. Liking the new schedule so far.

I believe I figured it out. Which begs another question. Using Mitchell estimator you have to fill manually fill out each category. If you don't then the category based coupons are worthless. Any way to make the estimator automatically select certain categories?

The main thing I want to avoid is duplicates. The category based coupons do have 1 or 2 of the 3 standard coupons.

Sometimes the Shop Logo does not print on ProPack invoices as well as Phone numbers. We use the modern invoice. I have checked with another computer & it worked fine. I was having the problem with a history of only a couple invoices. Must be a gliche. I haven't tried restarting the computer yet. Perhaps that will take care of it.

Thank you timbre that fixed the 1st issue. The second issue is not as big of deal but what I was referring to was a partial part number search in the parts edit screen without having to even go to the inventory screen.

Why can't you have the program ignore the line code and look only at the part number? When you are busy it is very time consuming to manually enter part numbers for estimates if you are already transferring same part numbers from vendor sites. What would also be very nice and helpful is if the parts...

Agree- Vendor should be filled immediately when transferring estimate. Can be confusing when ordering multiple parts from different vendors.
