Anyway to rearrange the vendors in the dropdown list? We currently have three vendors and the main vendor happens to be on the bottom at this time. We want to put them at the top.

Texting General/User Settings, the show new message notifications box is checked.
I thought there would be a window in the lower right of the screen with any responses.

Print box is checked and changed template to same as yours and still no print. Btw we use est w/o hours and pn's. Using ver. 7.3.10

The original Estimate created date does not show when you reprint the estimate later from revisions. Tried to add a note to the original and it did not print. Can you add this information in for the future?

How to remove a catalog button. Vendor that supported Activant is no longer in business and no one else uses it.

The Follow Up tab in reports will generate a date range list of customers. When you highlight their name and click the telephone tab it will give you all the phone numbers for that customer. It does not give you a summary of what work was done.

Before the current update (7.2. when we emailed invoices the "Dear, " would be automatically populated with the customer's name and it no longer does this. I remember seeing something about customizing emails. Is that still in the works?
