Re: Scheduler bleed over appointments
Not automated or graceful in any way but here's what we do... If the existing work is going to bleed over into the next day we check the next day's schedule. If the schedule somewhat wide open we usually don't do anything. However, if you definately need to allocate the time on the schedule for the ...

Counter Sale - Reports when printing
Not sure if this should be logged here as well but I did contact customer support as well... ALL of the Counter Sale Reports - have erroneous fields that do not appear to be altered; SOLD TO, For:, Vin #:, Lic #:, Unit #:, etc. If we cannot maintain these fields why are they printed. Can the reports...

Re: readme for v 9.0.0.2951
Understood, but I wouldn't know that w/o seeing the readme. Since the readme isn't normally posted anywhere in advance of downloading the update we wouldn't know that. Therefore the request to have it posted.

Re: readme for v 9.0.0.2951
We're currently on 9.0.0.2400. If I select Help -> Check for Updates it comes back w/no update available even though 9.0.0.2951 is available. This has been the case prior to 9.0.0.2400 as well. That said the readme w/the est. time to installed doesn't come up until you've downloaded the update local...

Re: readme for v 9.0.0.2951
Yeah, to be fair it's not a common request, Dan. I get it, because I like to see this kind of thing for a lot of software I use as well. Two things of note: 1. These notes do display in the window when an update is ready, so you can view them prior to installation 2. The reality is updating is real...

Re: readme for v 9.0.0.2951
Thanks. Am I the only one that asks for a readme prior to installing a new update. If others are asking as well would it be possible to put a link w/the readme on M1Files in addition to the DOWNLOAD functionality. That way, prior to download/install we could see what was fixed/addressed prior to ins...

*** Just be careful that you note the date that the invoice was originally posted and repost to that same date. ***

Re: Accidentally Removed Vehicle
If any of the vehicles had closed invoices on the them then you can go into an invoice for each and un-post then re-post the invoice. It should bring the removed vehicle back. STEPS: 1. Select NEW then enter the customer's name 2. Select the customer if there's multiple customers with that name 3. S...

Re: Please advise how to get email working.....
Outlook is our default email client as well. We spent quite a bit of time and effort trying to get it working since, the last I checked, was a supported email client. Long story short, we were unable to get it working. We finally punted and installed Thunderbird and we were up and running in a few m...

Re: 2023 Audi Q5 won't decode
Here's the NHTSA site in case you need it: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/
We use it all the time for M/C's & Trailers. Seems pretty accurate.

Re: Scheduler Options - Holidays
After scheduling Memorial Day as closed 7am-5pm and nothing shows up in the Calendar week/date view. Do you have to choose full day for something to show?
