Re: Oil Change Stickers

That's wild cause that is the same setup I tried. Maybe they changed the labels since I tried them. I know right, we did a lot of research before even getting the whole set up with bolt on, the inspection and everything! Right now I would have to say we are pretty happy! But for sure on the labels,...

Re: Oil Change Stickers

We have the DYMO LabelWriter 450 Turbo along with the recommended low tack stickers from the company that Bolt On has on the site! WORKS FLAWLESS - using emphasis because for us it does work flawless, we are in Indiana and weather gets cold & hot, and so far no issues with fade or issues with them ...

Re: End of Day Reports - Run Them Automatically?

I am trying to run our End of Day reports automatically is there a way to preprogram them to run at a specific time to a specific printer? No. End of day is a manual procedure and it goes to the default printer in setup. Okay so we can not set a time to run some specific reports? That would be a ni...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?

I knew I wasn't going crazy!!! Good find! I agree, I knew I was not crazy either! One time feature or not it would have been pretty handy. However as we have now been on it since August not sure if it would be wise to use. I would be afraid of doubling up what we already have in the last three or 4...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?

Ok I was finally able to find the section on Lube Sticker Pro going back through history records and finding Oil change history and then scheduling them or recommending so you could prefill your schedule. This was an article for new customers to Lube Sticker Pro - Here is the link: https://kb.mitche...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?

Hmmmm, it definitely used to be a feature. I've been a bolt on customer for 3+ years I think, so they may have done away with the feature. I certainly remember when we first signed up that you could have the program look back through your history and schedule 100s of appts based on history in the s...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?

We have been on Propack now for a couple of months and lube sticker pro has not went through history and reminded previous history customers, it does however do a great job of pre scheduling and reminding on the business we are doing now that we have Propack. I was under the understanding that it wo...

Re: We Like Scheduler - Have Some Questions

1. When right clicking on the schedule to add an appointment and picking either new or existing customer that works fine, you find your customer and you add them, but there is no where on the appointment screen to update said customer information i.e address, phone, city etc. You are correct. There ...

We Like Scheduler - Have Some Questions

Okay I have a few questions about adding an appointment and some requests or ideas that may or may not have been asked in the past. I have added a screen shot with colored circles to correspond with my questions, I thought it would be easier this way instead of making multiple post and adding multip...

Earned Badges

Here lately the boss has noticed that we are getting notifications on badges earned!
Now I get spiffs if you will for badges completed! When we will see the patches or certs we can hang up and show off.

Thanks a lot for all you do.

Re: Feature Request: Delete Vehicle at Welcome Station

I would say a better request would be a spot for them to mark sold, no longer have opposed to delete. Usually delete is permanent and if the customer sold to someone in town I would personally think you would want the history to stay with the vehicle. We are in a small town and would not be uncommon...

Search By Customer Number?

I have approximately 6 customer numbers with absolutely no information. No name , address, city or state.
Can I search for these numbers and make changes or delete them?

I found them by running duplicate customer report and then searching for those blank spaces!

Thank you

Re: Confirmed Appointment Feature

Good morning and thanks for the reply - Again a couple of things - 1. The system at least on my desktop did send me a notification pop up window telling me the customer responded with confirmation and it did change the label on the schedule! My question however on this was initially when sending out...

Re: Confirmed Appointment Feature

I have a couple of questions please - 1. When the automated system sends out an appointment reminder text, It should show up in the text screen as being sent or no? 2. When the customer does get the reminder text and replies with " C " for confirmation I see that shows up and labels in the appointme...

Re: Mobile Manager Announce to customers

Thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it! Re: Very close to getting on board

Thanks for the replies and insights, glad to see we are not the only ones in the "I come once a year" club. We try to do a good job of educating the importance of coming in for simple routine oil changes, so we can get to know your car and give you heads up for budgeting purposes on repairs that are...
