OK so I make an estimate for a customer. It has diag time on it and the estimate for the job. They decide not to do the job but I still need to bill them the diag time. Is there a way to just bill the diag time from the estimate and leave the rest there in case the decide in two weeks to get the wor...

I wanted to add the vin. So what I did was move the Unit# field over and just copy the last 8 of the vin there. It works for what I need!

Is there a way to change or add fields to the WIP screen?
