Yes that is the screen and what I am talking about. If the OK box in the PO window does not have the focus, why does pressing enter button close the box

the computer screen focus is set to the ok button and it still does not update the cost if pressing enter. There is a blue border surrounding the key. We can press enter to update the quantity just not the cost.

Purchase Order Cost Update
In the "Edit/Receive Parts for Purchase Order" if the item has been received and the cost needs to be corrected pressing the "enter" key for OK does not work to save and update. The only way to save & update is to click on OK. Why? Can this be fixed?

I have found a report in Bolt On that helps still a process but I can go thru that a lot faster than going thru tickets one by one. Don't get a part number in report but I get a description and I can go to the invoice then.

Can we get the functions corrected on the Purchase Order window: shows that using ALT+E should open Edit for the PO, however it brings up the email box instead.

I agree who cares when the invoice was printed, this should just go away. Warranty, Insurance, & Rebate companies do not care when printed their interest is when was the work completed or the purchase date. Work Completed is way more important than Printed date.

Another option would be to add a canned job for "dye & OIl". There is a report that will tell you how many times the job was used.

Repair Link not switching vendor
I have been noticing that when parts are ordered through an RO ticket via Repair Link - it is not saving the change of vendor and if you go to the Purchase Order screen in Mitchell the vendor is grayed out and is unable to be changed. How can we fix this issue?
