Go to the customer tab, just to the right of the telephone lines find "SMS allowed" click it, it will change and you will not be able to send them any.

Not the best way to fix it but reverse the name.

First name is Presley, last of Elvis. It will then show Elvis, Presley..... not perfect but it would be a little better looking.

Well, I am one of those there "no brain" guys.....I wish we could default to "today" also....of course for some reports and not all of them..

I guess what confused me is that we only have ONE dealer for Ford parts, (Pfeiffer) and only one dealer for VW parts (Serra). Why if my preferred Ford dealer is only one option, would it even think to order the part for the only VW dealer. Oh well. Doesn't happen often, but when it does it bites me ...

Just a thought, when a customer replies with "STOP" to a automated text, do any of you make it so they don't get anything from CRM? Well.....I see that that report only shows you how many times you have used it, not the other detailed information you wanted.

Not sure this will help but....

Reports, Management, Canned Job usage.. It shows them there. Of course be sure to select the correct dates.
