Re: CRM & Texting
I would believe this is the way is HAS to work by law. The customer replied STOP which makes it so texting them is not a form of communication for them. I believe it is a LAW that you can no longer text them

Re: Part Kit Sales Report
Makes sense to me what your saying, it doesn't make sense that it doesn't work as your expecting it to. Hard to track inventory that way!

Re: Vendor setup - add "notes" field
Ric, I get that there is one, I'd like to have the ability to see the note with out opening up a screen other than the "vendor setup" screen. Most of the time it is a "time crunch" thing. It is about 10:45 and I have to pull parts out of one of two suppliers that are 60 miles away. They both deliver...

Vendor setup - add "notes" field
Just an idea rolling around with the marbles in my cranium. In the Vendor setup screen we have, vendor name, code, contact, phone and fax. It would handy to have a "notes" field that showed up when the vendor setup screen was open. Right now for some vendors I am using the contact field for things l...

Re: Manager SE Slowing Down?
I have had some system slow downs, but none due to Mitchell, it's all been something like Dell or HP trying to sneak in an unneeded driver scan. (P.S. our system is only a year old now)

Re: Inventory
There may be a way to do a mass delete, but I am sure that is something that Tech Support has to do. I'd not be brave enough to do it myself, and would make sure you have a good back up.

Re: Tech support rant - apologies in advance.
Guess I have never paid that close attention. My hate for clutter has made me delete them as soon as I see them. I am pretty sure some have been less than 24 hours.

Re: Tech support rant - apologies in advance.
I have also started to have the issue of not being able to delete text messages. I noticed that issue starting yesterday for us.

History record dates
I have noticed lately that when going to F4, then searching by Vehicle, the search date appears to default back only 2 months. Example, I just searched for a vehicle, it shows Posted From 04/04/2020 To 06/04/2020 The car I was looking for was from last year. I had to back date the "from date".. Then...

Re: 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS Missing
This is a really long shot, Rich is a great injector guy. I see he isn't going full steam any more. Maybe worth an email to him, he may be able to point you in the right direction, or fix/clean the ones you have.

AC dye note wording.
I am always trying to explain to customer about how AC dye works. Most grasp it, and I can tell by the glassy eyes that is goes over the heads of a few. They get home and tell their spouse "something about dye" and the phone rings a short time later for another explanation. I decided to finally make...

Re: Manager SE 8.2 Release
Kudo's to the programmers! That is a lot of great features to add. I really think a person needs to poke around the software more, I did not realize there was a word search box on the F4 history now. I have utilized the Year, Make, Model when I could remember the vehicle but not the customers name,...
