I am having a problem with invoices I print to PDF in order to email to customers. The mileage get cut off on the right side. Is anyone seeing this. I am not sure if it is Mitchel, crystal reports or Adobe

All of a sudden my scheduler is not populating with the repair orders I put into Mitchell. It also is not retaining anything I put into it within the scheduler itself. Anyone else having this problem or do you know if they are having an issue?

I don't know about SQL but back in the access days you could request to open the database and they would give you the password however you had to sign an agreement that it was your baby from then on and you gave up support if there were problems. Not sure what they do nowadays.

I agree 100%. I have had this problem before when referring back for writing estimates.

I don't know of any quick way within Mitchell short of manually making the calculations. I ended up using a third party program that is a time clock that the guys sign in for the day but also per job that integrates with Mitchell and gives me all those numbers. It is called Labor Profit Management.....

That is a nice idea. I have been using the computer monitor but that is hard to turn around and for them to see. I will have to see if I can adapt this. Thanks Ric.
