At this time the Favorites that you create in the program will appear in no particular order and

there is not an option to organize the list in order of preference.

If that changes in the near future you will see it announced after an update under "What's New"

in the help section.

Is there a way to view emails sent from Enterprise Pro?

Currently there is no way to be able to view "Sent" email history ( i.e. Estimates, Invoices sent to Contacts) aside from CRM related sent email history ( i.e. Service / Appointment Reminders, etc..)
