Re: Credit Card Processing Fee's
I build in, I always say that when we are at a restaraunt, if they would just raise the price on everything say .25 it would cover, but then you also have to remember as you raise price, the fees go up too. Its the lesser of 2 evils ready, I just like to tell my customers we don't charge extra.

Re: DISCOUNT COUPON OFF TOTAL INVOICE?
Create a coupon, or discount, apply either to parts labor or both as stated above, then apply to whichever order you want. Then you can also track said coupon to see how many are going out. Then all you need to do is click promos, discounts, and pick which coupon. We love this as we can track how ma...

Re: Trailer Tire Wear
To me it sounds like they are getting scrubbed off if its across the tire like that. If you are running 10 ply you could go up to 12 or 14 too, but I think they will still scrub off. Just my non professional opinion here.

Re: Trailer Tire Wear
Like Ric said, and I did forget to ask what kind of wear. That will tell a difference. I have a lawn guy here with an enclosed and he has 2 mowers in it, usually we can get 2 years out of his tires, and we dont rotate them, just had it aligned. You should be good with the 10 or 12 ply tire

Re: Trailer Tire Wear
How much tight turning do they do? We see a lot of these that the guys are turning sharp all the time and scrubbing ties off. Also I would have the alignment of the trailer done to make sure the axles are running straight. I did that with my personal trailer and what a difference on tire wear!

Re: VIN

AS I STATED, BEFORE TODAY, IF I C...

In the labor look up it said remove radiator, so that is why I was asking. It did not say tank. But that makes more sense but still not 2 ours worth.
