Re: Keeping Track Of Maintenance?
I handle it. Does not seem to take me too much time. Every time the vehicle is in for service we see what is needed and when. We prepare them for the next maintenance needed and the cost. It helps them budget if needed and is easier for us to schedule as we will know the time needed.

Re: Vendor Warranty Reimbursement
I do it under the customer to keep track. Create an invoice showing what was done and zero it out. I know it affects the figures for profit reports but I know what is happening and when so I do it this way.

Re: 2008 Ford F150 - Timing Chain
Yes needs more then that. I would not be surprised if it didn't drop down more when hot. When not taken care of these things become a can of worms. I have had them brought in after someone did chains and even vvt's still needed engine.

Re: 2008 ford f150 timing chain
Probally needs and engine. Have seen those brought in with low engine oil pressure. Timing chains making noise I refuse to do the chains on them due to this knowing its going to need an engine. I do not want to get bit by that.

Vendor
With the new update I lost the capability to scroll through the parts vendors by tapping the first letter. So if I wanted Napa I could tap "n" until I reached them. Just and example but something I used a lot.
