Horizon is it's own separate company. Bolt-On wouldn't be able to give anything away. They are just offering it as a service because they think it may be of help to some shops. I am not sure if everyone understands that.

That is a new one. I have never seen it. I would call back to support and if you don't get an answer ask for second level support. Sometimes the lower level support guys don't know how to handle odd ball problems.

I use a third Party application called Service Intelligence that does this for me in seconds. It does a lot more. Here is an example. This saves me a lot of time. Soory I can't figure out how to make this bigger. If you PM me your email I can email you the PDF of it.

I wasn't sure where to place this. I am looking for a feature update for Pro Call. It would be nice if we could enter notes under each incoming call so we can use it as a call log.

I updated all my computer to SSD also. I wouldn't ever go back. They are so much faster. I ever installed an SSD into my Snap-On Versus and it is much much faster on booting. It used to take 3.5 minutes to fully boot. Now it tale 1 minute 15 seconds.

I track this same thing. I haven't found any report to do this. I have my service advisor track all estimated sales on a spreadsheet along with what was actuall sold so I can do what I need to do. It would be a nice report to have.
