Re: Trailer Tire Wear
One thing you didn't mention is the type of wear. Are they wearing on the edges? center? even? Changing plys won't help. A different brand may have a harder compound. Rotations can help if one set wears faster than the other, but if the life is only 7000 miles, I'd rotate every 1000 (if wearing unev...

We have a special oil change rate that reflects actual time spent. Very close to your number one scenario.

Re: Belt time way off?
The procedure states to remove the radiator CONDENSER TANK, not the radiator. That time does seem high though.

You are out of date. At the top of this browser shows 8.4.0.104. I'm testing an even newer version now. You can also go to Help>Check for Updates.

Re: Special Orders
I thought you'd never ask. LOL Special Orders are a whole different order type that allows a user to take advantage of all the ordering privilege's of Repair Orders without actually being a Repair Order. It works well with the intended workflow of the program, but I've seen users take advantage of t...

Tip: Cannot Reorder from Inventory Using RepairLink
Those of you using Repair Link may want to stock items and reorder them using the Restock from Inventory button in your PO window. This cannot be done using Repair Link. Repair Link needs YMM information which is not present using this process. I've wondered why I got error messages before but chalk...

Special Orders
As many of you know, I'm a big Special Order guy. We usually have dozens of them on the WIP at any one time. One of the programmatic issues when creating a Special Order from scratch is it bypasses the Estimate stage, which we know when converted to a Repair Order sets the estimated total. Making an...

Re: ProDemand Outage - April 1st
Always have a back up plan since no service, NO SERVICE is infallible. I'm not going to quit using electricity if the power goes out. I have a generator. I don't quit using computers if I lose some data. I have a strategy, a contingency for that.
And thank you M1 for getting us back so quickly.

Add Unit Number to Vehicle Section
Can we please add the unit number to the vehicle section? I have fleets that have many instances of nearly the same vehicle and scheduling is a nightmare. Which one is coming in today, tomorrow, 2 o'clock and on. Have to click into the order to find out. Would help out a lot.

Re: Identifying a Vehicle in Scheduler
The vehicle details do not display on the appointment tile. I know of no way other than manually inputting them. You are aware that you can see those details by simply hovering? It would be nice to see that, though. Especially with fleets and customers with many vehicles. I would also like to see th...
