Re: Accounting Link / Back Office
I've had it for about a year. It's nice, but I'm not sure it's necessary. It carries over a ton of information that I'm not sure is needed. I'd be interested in hearing how people are transferring their financial information into quickbooks without TBO and what they struggle with. I know with TBO, t...

Re: Tech worksheet
Is it possible to have the tech worksheet display pay labor hours, even if a technician is not assigned to the repair order yet? We write up tickets and don't always know which technician will be working on it at the time of write up, so the technician is unsure if we have gotten time for a complai...

Average Parts Cost?
Is there a way to find out what your average cost for parts are. I'm looking to maximize my parts matrix, and knowing if we sell more $20-$50 vs $100-$500 parts would be handy information.

Re: Tech worksheet
Thanks Johnny, but we prefer the look of the bolt on tech worksheets, we just wish it would show the pay hours, regardless of if a technician is assigned or notJohnny5 wrote:Unless I misunderstand the "Expanded Worksheet w. Pay Hours" will do just that...

Re: Recommendation list
I'm thinking the letters might be best, as I can print them all out, put them in a binder of some sort, then throw them away one by one as we work through them

Recommendation list
I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to print out a list of vehicles that came in about 60 days ago that had recommendations that weren't completed at the time so we can call and try to sell those items again. I'd like it to be a list that me and my front counter assistant can work through toget...

Re: Oil Change Stickers
No offense John but the answer you gave is why I'm beginning to have less and less faith in the product. The product itself has great intentions. But we bought the product to provide a professional appearance. To give a solution to "Stack 2 stickers on top of each other" is pretty hokey. I love the...

Combine 'Referred By' Sources?
For some reason, when I first started using Mitchell years ago, I thought it would be a good idea to make a 'Google' referred by option in the drop down list, in addition to the default 'internet' option. Is there any way to combine these two into one at this point?

Re: Internal Checklist
Cory, Have you thought about just adding a 'quality control inspection' point, and having a dedicated person that does all the items included in that? Or have you thought about building an entirely separate inspection for these things, but never actually send that inspection to a customer? That coul...

Moving host computer
How involved is it to change which computer in the shop is the host computer? Is there a typical average time it takes to do it? Have to call technical support? Our current host computer is running a little slow, so I'm thinking it might help to move the host to my personal office computer, which is...

Re: Digital Inspection Branding - XOXO Car vs Your Shop
Maybe this is an option I'm not aware of already. Is there anyway to change the inspections back to having the green, yellow, or red boxes with check marks on the customers end? If I recall correctly, they used to be big colored boxes with check marks. Now they are small little dots. A lot of custom...

Electronic Payment Processing Not Found?

Is there any way to get rid of this ...

Super happy to see this! I'd still like to see the XOXO branding removed from the 'hamburger' menu, but this is progress nonetheless.

Re: Horizons Dashboard
My thoughts/hopes were that some of these add-on's would be eventually folded into the Mitchell product. However, I think I may be dreaming. That would be really nice, especially for those of us who signed up with bolt on years ago. Then again, I can see bolt on being concerned about other users he...
