Re: Scheduler 7.0.3 Update

I updated my host and one of my workstations but the last station is telling me "Cannot check for updates at this time. Please try again later." Any suggestions? It probably has something to do with the M1 Updater. There should be a greenish "O" in the lower right section of your computer, by the c...

I noticed there has been some updates to the electronic payment processing within Mitchell. I assume that the signature capture is working now?

Time Clock Feature

Enhancement Request:

I would like if there was a time clock option as part of Report Pro. Possibly something we could clock in and out each day, as well as each job.

Re: Invoice Locked?

We have had this same issue happen 3 times now. Called tech support, and they stated it was the way we received PO's after an electronic order. I don't see how this is possible since we do it the exact same way every time. On two of these incidents, when we run the electronic payment thru x-charge,...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Comments/Questions

I have an enhancement request for Lube Sticker Pro:

If a vehicle has an oil light that needs to be reset, Lube sticker Pro would pop up a window after printing sticker to remind you to reset the oil light, along with instructions on how to do it.

SE 7.0 Technical Issues

If we schedule a job, It automatically adds that technician to parts and labor. Is it possible to leave it blank, or "Please select Technician"? The tech performing the labor is not always the tech ordering the parts. We are also having an issue when purging estimates now. I believe tech support has...

Re: Scheduler FEEDBACK [Actual SE 7.0 User Posts Only]

- I would like to see the appointment end time change automatically using the billed hours from an already existing order. - I would also like the work in progress scheduled times to update based on what we have input into the scheduler. - It would also be nice if there was an "update customer" butt...

Re: Scheduler FEEDBACK [Actual SE 7.0 User Posts Only]

We have had an issue twice today, when entering a new customer, once we get to the phone number input (we use the tab button to advance) it will not allow us to save the phone number. Once we tab away from the phone number box to the email, the phone number auto deletes. If we get out of the custome...

Re: PHONE NUMBER

This same thing happens to us occasionally. Here is what I do. Open the phone number list. Double Click on the line that is giving you problems, this should highlight the whole line (all 9 characters) in blue. Then hit the "delete" button on your keyboard. If you are having the same issue as us, thi...

Pinpad with NFC and Signature

I know X-Charge is working to implement the NFC Capabilities into their system. Is there a time frame when this will be available? Also, is there a way to put a signature pad at the front counter for transactions and work approval, such as the ISC250?

Oil life reset from Tab

I would love to be able to get oil life reset instructions from the tablet. I know we can get them from lube sticker pro, but it would be much quicker if we could do this from the tablet as well.

Re: 2000 GRAND PRIX 3.8 VINK

Is this engine supercharged? I don't remember if the K engine is or not. But I remember banging my head on one of these and there was a bad fuel pump resistor, I think they are located by the windshield washer bottle. Check for burnt wires. Also 12.5 amps sounds high but I'm not sure what the spec i...
